DESCRIPTION: We would love to welcome you on Palmanova Beach (close to Il Chiringo) for a 90 minutes mindful Hatha Yoga practice.

It will be all about body awareness and alignment, breathing mindfully, moving the body with care, calming down the nervous system and relaxing. All that in a beautiful settings: facing towards the see, feeling the seabreeze touching your skin, enjoying the shade of the trees and the first rays of the sun.

The class will start at 10:00, so arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to settle down.

Please bring your own mat/towel with you.
