DESCRIPTION: It's time to get cosy and celebrate the appearance of the full moon! We will continue these magical ceremonies and gather together once a month to honour the energy of the moon.

It will be a restorative, smooth and calming 90 minutes yoga practice, finished with a short Yoga Nidra.

Candles, music, soft lights, positive vibes, self-care practice and oracle cards are waiting for you!

The practice starts at 19:00, so please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to settle down.

Bring your own mat with you and a blanket for your Savasana!
