DESCRIPTION: Have you always wondered how does it feel to fly? Are you curious about your body's hidden skills? Do you want to create better trust and connection with others?

Then we would love to invite you to our "Discover AcroYoga Workshop" on the 17th April from 9am on Palmanova Beach. During these 2,5 hours we will play and connect, move and breath and understand the foundations of Partner and AcroYoga.

This workshop is for you if:
• You always wanted to try AcroYoga but you have never felt brave enough to go for a class or you tried couple of times but you might missing the right techniques
• You want to improve your balance, focus, flexibility and strength
• You want to create a better trust and connection with others
• You want to feel more confident in your body
• You are looking for a fun way to move 
• You want to overcome the fear or falling and experience freedom by stepping out from your comfort zone in a safe environment

Important info: Recommended for anyone, regardless of age, size or yoga experience! No partner needed in order to participate.
