We would love to welcome you on our "Return to Your Authentic Self" retreat to spend an amazing day together in nature close to Esporles, at Can Torna Agroturismo.

Our focus will remain on slowing down, connecting with ourselves and others in a joyful environment which willl support us to dive deeper into personal development and discover what stands beyond the "ego world".

During this retreat:
- we will encourage you to connect with your true self, express yourself freely in a safe environment
- we will guide you to awaken your inner child through playful movement, so you will share laughter and joy with like-minded people in a non-judgemental environment
- you will become more present through mindful practices, focus on your senses and restore your energy
- you will purify and rewire your mind through meditation and spiritual practices
- you will be supported and advised on your yoga journey
- we will create unforgettable moments and meaningful experiences for you
