DESCRIPTION: We invite you this time to our first Half Day Retreat to start your Sunday morning in a relaxing and recharging way with a spa and wellness experience! 

It will take place at Iberostar Grand Portals Nous where we will enjoy the lovely services of the hotel and discover it's unique spa (and design too) meanwhile we will spend there our morning together.

Our focus will remain on slowing down, practicing self-care and nurturing our body, mind and soul. 

During this retreat: 

- you will learn different variations of Sun Salutations and experience the energizing effects of the practice

- you will discover the relaxing world of saunas and sensation showers at the hotel's Physica Spa and you can also enjoy 15% discount from SPA treatments and massages

- you will relax your body and awaken deeper layers of awareness with a meditative Yoga Nidra practice

- after the morning program you can also have optionally a delicious 2 course meal at the hotel's Astir Restaurant (on the terrace overlooking to the beach)

Your half day retreat includes:
- 90 minutes energizing yoga class
- deep relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra)
- 90 minutes in the spa
- 15% discount from spa treatments and massages
