We would love to welcome you on our "Moving Inward" retreat to spend an amazing day together in nature close to Llubi, at Only Summer La Finca.  

Our focus will be on slowing down, connecting with ourselves and others in a joyful environment which will support us to dive deeper into personal development and discover what stands beyond the "ego world". 

During this retreat: 
- you will get familiar with quiter yogic practices (yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork, yin yoga, journaling) and understand how can you find beauty in stillness

- we will encourage you to cultivate a deeper connection with your true self (soul), express yourself freely in a safe,  non-judgemental environment 

- you will become more present through mindful practices,  focus on your senses and restore your energy

- you will purify and rewire your mind through spiritual practices

- you will be supported and advised in how to create a sustainable yogic lifestyle in your every days

- we will create unforgettable moments and meaningful experiences for you
