DESCRIPTION: Due to the popular demand we are pleased to announce that we opened up another date for our New Year's Revolution Half Day Retreat!

It's time to reset your nervous system, step out of your comfort zone and kick start the year to reach your full potential in 2024!

We would love to welcome you on our "New Year’s Revolution" half day retreat to spend some time together in nature on the countryside of Mallorca in a traditional finca close to Biniamar.

We invite you to let go of old limiting patterns and set intentions for the new to come by challenging your body and mind. Sometimes radical changes are opening up infinite possibilities in our life. Understanding your nervous system and rewiring your brain will play a key role in the process.

During this retreat:
- you will connect with your core, test your physical fitness and explore new ways to move to experience more mobility and fluidity
-you will learn about your breath and how it can change the biochemistry of your blood
- you will be encouraged to get into cold water by preparing properly for the process
- you will become more present through mindful practices, focus on your senses and connect with your body’s intelligence
- we will create unforgettable moments and meaningful experiences for you where you will be able to share quality time together with like-minded people

9:00 Arrival 

9:30 Natural Movement and Functional Training 

11:00 Breathwork and Introduction to Cold Water Therapy 

12:30 Cold Water Plunge 

13:00 Vegan Brunch
