DESCRIPTION: As the long winter slowly comes to an end, we would love to celebrate the arrival of spring together with you.

On 21st March (Saturday), around the time of the Spring Equinox, we will be offering a free community yoga class on Palmanova beach from 10am. The equinox marks a beautiful moment in the year when day and night come back into balance — a perfect time to move the body, breathe deeply and welcome the new season with fresh energy.

This will be a grounding practice open to everyone in our community. No expectations, just a chance to gather, move, reconnect with nature and enjoy the beginning of spring together.

We would love to see many of you there!
