DESCRIPTION: Work your core, upper body and coordination in a fun new way!
We will work on body mechanics inside the studio for the first 30-45 minutes. Then 45-60 minutes of work outside on the silk, lyra, slackline, rope or hammock. The apparatus will depend on participants. 
Due to equipment set-up and small class size, clients commit and pay for this class ahead of time. It is not refundable, except, of course if it rains. 
This class is not open to first time clients.
