This class is all about building strength, endurance, and balance. Prepare to sweat! Target areas and flows change throughout the week. We end with breath work and tension - relaxation exercises.

This class is designed for deeper fascial release and athletic recovery. Start with 30 minutes of an intense flow then 45 minutes of traditional yin poses. An excellent class for anyone looking to remove tension and improve performance.
Held in a hot room: temperature between 95-105 degrees.
