This workshop is for everyone longing to slow down the pace of life after the active time of summer. Balancing the yang energy with a grounding yin practice led by Paula will help you release tension & stress from the body and grounding sound healing session by Kate will leave you feeling nourished and relaxed. 

You don't need any previous yoga experience or fancy yoga gear to attend this workshop.
