DESCRIPTION: Our Theme is "Gratitude and Joy" 
This full sound bath with not only crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, but many other instruments, like gong, chimes, monochord, drum, and more. We may do a few poses and/or seated meditation to prepare us for resting for a longer period of time.  I'll create a journey of sound where you are completely submersed in the gentle, healing vibrations. This is a time of self-care, rest and relaxation as you prepare for the holiday season.

Bolsters, blankets and props are available but you are welcome to bring your own to make you as comfortable as possible.

Space is limited.
Must have at least 2 registrations 24 hours before start time for this class to proceed.
