DESCRIPTION: This free donation-based class is held Sunday mornings. We begin with a short inspirational reading that you can choose to reflect on during your meditation. 

During this guided meditation, gentle bells may be rung to help you to return to the present moment. After the 20 minutes of meditation, we will have a mindful sharing of our experience.
