During the hustle and bustle of the winter holidays, a musical meditation will help guide you back to silence and restoration.

Sound baths create the space for self-healing and transformation. The resonance of the instruments is not just an auditory experience—it’s like receiving a full body sound massage. The healing harmonics work to realign your entire system - a restorative bath of sound!

Note: If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor in advance of participating in any sound healing sessions. Additionally, those with epilepsy or those who are prone to headaches as a result of noise and vibrations should not experience sound healing sessions.

Dress comfortably, you'll be lying on the floor on a yoga mat for over an hour.

Please bring a yoga mat & there are yoga props available for use. If you prefer, you can bring a pillow and blanket from home to get comfortable!
