DESCRIPTION: This is a shorter 30 minute session, a time for meditation and for raising your vibrations with the soothing sounds of the singing bowls. Be sure to register in advance so a yoga mat and props are set up for you and you can simply walk in, lie down and enjoy a calming meditation.

Fee: $12.50 or Membership

This is a new class and may become a monthly offering on the opposite weeks of the afternoon 60-minute sound baths.
