DESCRIPTION: The Sunday Meditation Circle continues to evolve providing a deeply touching session of insight and awareness.

Join our Meditation Circle where like-minded individuals come together to meditate, share, and build connections. Tibetan Singing Bowls are sometimes used in our meditations. Meditations are guided. Chairs and cushions are available for our meditation.

NOTE: Outside door is unlocked 10 minutes before class and will be locked again at the start of class so be sure to come early.
