DESCRIPTION: 3/11 - This week I’ll be presenting a 30-minute sound bath with time for tea, questions and sharing for a total of 45 minutes.

Saturday mornings will now vary between a 30-minute sound bath, 60-minute guided rest/yoga nidra with sound healing and other meditation methods. Length of class will vary as well either 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on what is presented.

Fee: $12.00 - $15.00 depending on class or Studio Membership
