DESCRIPTION: This sound bath will use Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, but many other instruments, like gongs, chimes, monochord, drum, and more. We may use a mantra to submerge deeper into meditative bliss.

Enjoy the journey of sound where you are completely bathed in the gentle, healing vibrations.

In this session, you can sit or lie on the floor supported by various props, yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, heated rice bags, eye pillows, and sand bags to bring comfort to the body. These are available at the studio. If you want to bring your own to feel comfy, you can.

Space is limited.
