DESCRIPTION: In celebration of our Studio Community Day, this session is free. Because the studio is small, space is limited and you must book your spot in advance.

I will offer seated sound healing first to those individuals who want it and then a sound bath will follow.

Due to this being an all day ongoing program with people in and out, I ask that if you can, please bring your yoga mat, blanket and pillow with you for your comfort.
