Healing Rest is another name for yoga nidra, a deeply relaxing meditation experienced while lying down and includes the periodic sounds of singing bowls and other instruments for sound healing. 

This class is either a sound bath or a replay video of a recent class. You will receive the YouTube link 30 minutes before class or you can access the link here in the registration platform if you are logged in.
