DESCRIPTION: Release stress and anxiety and welcome peace with this sound bath with a variety of instruments. Let the sound vibrations soothe your being.

This sound bath will use Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, but many other instruments, like gongs, chimes, monochord, drum, and more. We may use a mantra to submerge deeper into meditative bliss.

Enjoy the journey of sound where you are completely bathed in the gentle, healing vibrations.

In this session, you can sit or lie on the floor supported by various props, yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and sand bags to bring comfort to the body. These are available at the studio, but if you want to bring your own props to feel comfy, you are welcome to do so.

Space is limited.
