This 10-minute practice offers very minimal guidance, allowing you to settle into quiet presence in a way that feels safe and natural for your nervous system. Gentle anchors are offered at the beginning, and then we rest mostly in silence.
There is nothing to achieve, fix, or figure out.
You are welcome to sit, lie down, keep your eyes open, or move gently as needed.
This practice is especially supportive if you feel overstimulated, fatigued, overwhelmed, or simply in need of quiet without effort.
All are welcome. No experience required.
