DESCRIPTION: This month for PEACEFUL Path members, we gather in sacred community to explore Awareness — noticing what arises in the heart with gentleness rather than judgment.

We’ll begin with an oracle card pull for guidance, followed by grounding breathwork, a short teaching on compassionate witnessing, and a combination of gentle sound healing and Reiki (energy healing) to support the softening of the heart space. We’ll close with journaling and a blessing.
