DESCRIPTION: In the spirit of the Winter Solstice, this Healing Circle offers a quiet, supportive space to soften, breathe, and receive gentle nourishment.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and a brief seasonal reflection, followed by a blend of Reiki and soft sound healing to soothe the nervous system and warm the heart.
This session is meant to help you release what feels heavy, reconnect with your inner light, and feel supported during a season when many women hold so much.

You are welcome to bring your journal, a candle, or anything that feels comforting.

This gathering is a tender way to enter the week of the solstice with intention, presence, and community.
