This non-traditional yoga class is aimed at helping runners &amp;amp; athletes stretch out tight muscles while increasing flexibility. Using yoga as our guide, we will utilize a wide variety of postures to target rigid, inflexible muscles and inspire them to relax and unwind. This class also emphasizes the use of yoga props (straps and blocks) in order to gain more stability and increase range of motion.
This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. You do not need to be a runner or athlete specifically to join.
