DESCRIPTION: Pilates/Yoga class at 6:30am -7:15am, plus 1 hour afterwards to shower and have breakfast ..  A healthy breakfast of of overnight oats, fruit, yoghurt, granola and herbal tea or coffee will be served in the Spa bistro ( included) Then head off feeling refreshed and ready for work, or home for the school run etc… We must be gone by 8:15am latest.
