Resonant Breathing

A very simple, very effective breathing exercise, suitable for everybody with no contraindications ( If 5-6 seconds feels to long initially just modify the duration to 1 sec longer than your usual breath until that feels comfortable and then over time add another second , building up to 6 seconds) This technique is extremely soothing, leaving you feeling very calm and peaceful, and bringing the systems of the body into a coherent state allowing them to work at peak efficiency.
