You'll need a yoga block, and strap. At Improver & Intermediate level, you'll also need a set of light weights, and resistance band( not for beginners) There's 8 exercises in total @ 1 min each with 20 sec rest between exercises. 3 rounds with 1 min rest between rounds. Enjoy!
