If you want to make new friends, grow in your running ability, and get a good stretch in before brunch, then this is for you. This class is for beginners, those who are coming back to running after a rest, and those who don't consider themselves runners but want to try something new and enjoy community along the way. Most importantly, this group of friends will encourage one another in our spiritual race as we run, stretch, and grow.
