DESCRIPTION: Ease into your day with Nicky’s all-levels Vinyasa Flow by the sea. Her classes are inclusive, steady and strength-building - with thoughtful cues, intentional breathwork and inclusive options for every body (beginners welcome). Expect a nourishing blend of movement and relaxation, space to go at your pace, and encouragement to listen in and feel good - empowered but not pushed.

And if you fancy making a morning of it, stay after class for a refreshing cold swim and a coffee with fellow yogis. Bliss.
