In deze yoga les combineert Eve Michelle traditionele en minder traditionele yoga houdingen. Voor de traditionele yoga houdingen maakt ze vaak gebruik van de bekende Pralaya Yoga technieken. De les wordt meestal in het Engels gegeven, tenzij iedereen Nederlands spreekt. 

In this yoga class Eve Michelle combines traditional and less traditional yoga poses. For the traditional yoga poses she often uses Pralaya yoga techniques. The class is taught in English, unless everyone speaks Dutch.
