DESCRIPTION: How about a personal yoga session tailored to your needs?

In a one-on- one session, your needs, ambitions and challenges are the central theme and working line.

PRIVATE LESSONS
During an individual lesson you are the main focus. You are completely focused on your own body, your breathing, the sense of relaxation and meditative state.

INSIGHT
You can indicate in advance what your wishes are, your questions, your ambitions or any injuries. For example, you can indicate what you want to gain more insight into; for example a certain asana (yoga posture) or strength and flexibility in a certain area of the body or in a movement coming from a completely different sport or movement form.

ADVANTAGES
A clear and focused approach to injuries or ambitions is created. The individual indications provide insight into the specific characteristics of your body. This also increases your effectiveness of the postures in group lessons.
You can also get advice about putting together your own series if you want to get started independently at home.

ADVICE
What I have noticed after 10 years of teaching, is that students that do three things at the  same time tend to have more success in changing something in their physical structure:
1) personal classes - so you learn the techniques specifically to your body and what you feel
2)  group classes - so you have a wide base of &#039;Pralaya Tools&#039;, a sense of community and the advantage of group class pricing
3)  personal practice - building a personal practice is like a piggy bank for life. Once you have this habit established, you can build upon that, change things when necessary, add things, etcetera… The personal classes can help you with this.
