Explore a flow class based on Ashtanga Yoga. Besides a series of energizing Asanas, we explore other important aspects of yoga such as Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas and Meditation. This is an active class where I guide you through a series of Asanas followed by Pranayama & Meditation.
