DESCRIPTION: Brigitta has from the beginning been an Iyengar Yoga student and has made the practice an important part of her life.
Both as a student of yoga, as well as a teacher, she is forever learning. She is passionate to walk with others on this path and share the beauty of yoga.
Brigitta is a senior teacher and teaches from beginner's level to education of teachers. She moved to Oslo in 2018  from South Africa, where she ran a big yoga studio and was very involved with the Iyengar Yoga Institute of SA.
Fredag 25.aug kl 18-20.
Lørdag 26.aug kl 09-12 og kl 14-16.
Søndag kl 08.30-14.30 med 1 t pause
Søndag er for Iyengar lærere.

Pris: 1600kr for fredag og lørdag
          2500kr for hele helgen
