DESCRIPTION: Join Rebecca for 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga in the Tipi located amongst the peaceful and beautiful gardens at The Duchy of Cornwall.

The sessions usually starts gently with some breathwork and an opportunity to arrive and settle into the body and mind. Then you'll start to warm up with a sequence of asana's (poses) linked with the breath to create warmth, space and awareness of the body. Rebecca teaches intuitively reading the room and will set the pace and tone of the class depending on the energy and bodies of her students. She has been teaching for nearly 10 years with a tonne of experience so you are in safe hands. This class is open to all levels so don't be afraid if you are brand new, this class is a safe space to learn, and if you are a well established practitioner, Rebecca will offer opportunities to explore more advanced poses. The session ends with relaxation and mediation leaving you feeling ready to continue your day with more energy in the body and calmness of the mind.

Please note that this class is in the Tipi so is exposed to the elements, please bring warm appropriate clothing.
