DESCRIPTION: Join Rebecca for a supportive and nourishing yoga practice with your baby in tow. This is an opportunity to learn how you can share yoga with your baby, soak in the beautiful & peaceful gardens at The Duchy and connect with other parents. You will stretch, release tension and build strength in a mindful and enjoyable way. 

Changing, feeding, nursing and playing is always welcome throughout. 

The class is open to mums 6 weeks post-birth/8 weeks after C-section (you must have been given the go ahead from your GP) and to all pre-crawling babies.

Please bring a yoga mat & blanket to place your baby on and any teethers and toys they enjoy. Rebecca will provide a mat for yourself, blocks and straps. 

Please note that this class is in the Tipi so please bring warm appropriate clothing for you and baby.
