DESCRIPTION: Join Rebecca for 60 minutes of gentle Vinyasa Yoga specifically for runners ahead of the Looe 10 miler.

The session will start gently with some breathwork and an opportunity to arrive and settle into the body and mind. Then you’ll start to warm up with a sequence of asanas (poses) linked with the breath to create warmth, space and awareness of the body. Rebecca teaches intuitively reading the room and will set the pace and tone of the class depending on the energy and bodies of her students. She has been teaching for nearly 10 years with a tonne of experience so you are in safe hands. 

This class is open to all levels so don’t be afraid if you are brand new to yoga, this class is a safe space to learn, and if you are a well established practitioner, Rebecca will offer opportunities to explore more advanced poses. We will focus on creating space around the legs, hips and spine leaving you feeling open and ready for your run then next morning.

Please bring warm appropriate clothing that you can move freely in.
