REBECCA BRADLEY
Rebecca is a full time Yoga teacher based in Cornwall, where she is currently working on building & creating a new retreat & holiday venue in Talland Bay.
Prior to Cornwall life she worked across London in a variety of studios & gyms as well as to private and corporate clients since 2016.
She hosts regular Yoga workshops, trainings and retreats both UK based as well as abroad.
Upon completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa Ashtanga in 2016, she’s since then gone on to complete a further 320 hours of advanced teacher training in Mandala Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin with The Yoga People.
Yoga has helped Rebecca in so many different ways, she’s a firm believer that this wonderful practice has a very simple yet magical way of making you feel more connected, grounded and balanced. She wishes to share this magic and joy in her classes.
She says “I’m so grateful to have this practice in my life and feel very privileged to be able to share it with my students.”
In her classes she will guide, support and encourage students to move their bodies intelligently and intuitively, creating more freedom, space, and balance in the body, mind, and soul.
Description
*This week there is a cover teacher whilst Rebecca is away teaching on a retreat in Sweden.
Join Christina Bertram for 60 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga in the Tipi located amongst the peaceful and beautiful gardens at The Duchy of Cornwall.
Christina has been practising yoga for over fifteen years, ever since she first moved to London and discovered Jivamukti Yoga at her local studio in Notting Hill. Jivamukti is a dynamic yoga style that blends intention setting, chanting, meditation, and a thoughtfully structured vinyasa flow, which resonated with her from the start.
After moving to Cornwall a few years ago, her connection to yoga deepened , alongside a growing interest in other ancient healing traditions such as Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, and meditation. In February 2024, she fulfilled a long-held dream by taking a sabbatical to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Radiantly Alive in Bali. The training embraced a style that echoed her early love of Jivamukti, with its emphasis on intention, flow and music.
This experienced has profoundly enriched her practice, expanding her awareness of the body-mind connection and inner essence of my being. To Christina, yoga is a journey of exploration, and she's committed to deepening her knowledge and continuing to learn.
Yoga helps keep her grounded, balanced and flexible. She's excited to share what she's learned and looks forward to welcoming you in class.
Please note that this class is in the Tipi so is exposed to the elements, please bring warm appropriate clothing.
