This 60 minute class will incorporate a gentle flow warm-up, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga with deep stretching and supported postures. The Yin poses will work wonders in your connective tissues as you hold seated, supine or prone poses for an extended amount of time. You will end the class with several Restorative poses, aided by props to support your body so you can properly rest and relax. Both methods will help you release stress and promote healing in the body -- mentally, physically and emotionally.
