Wind down with the sun with a warm low lit slow flow. Practised in a gently heated studio the class is curated to ground, balance, connect and restore. Moving from grounding and opening into mindful flowing sequences the class transitions to floor based restorative postures to encourage mindful stillness and calm . The class unites mind, body and breathe in a warm and low lit studio, curating balance through meditative movement and stillness. 

All levels are encouraged to explore their edge where movement meets stillness, and day meets night  within the community of an inclusive, warm studio.
