DESCRIPTION: A creative, flowing 60-minute practice linking breath with movement. Expect thoughtfully sequenced flows that build strength, mobility and balance, with plenty of space to explore, play and move in a way that works for your body.

We’ll start slowly, build into a dynamic flow, then wind things down towards rest and relaxation. Classes are accompanied by music and may include breathwork, meditation and a little yoga philosophy.

All levels welcome, with options offered throughout. Practised at room temperature.
