This afternoon sound bath is an invitation to step away from the noise, get comfortable, and let yourself be still for a while. Jasmine will guide you into rest as the tones and vibrations of singing bowls fill the space and gently draw your attention away from everything demanding it.

There is nothing to perform, accomplish, or figure out. Simply settle in, listen, and allow the sound to meet you wherever you are that day.

No meditation or sound-healing experience is needed. Comfortable supports and props are available.
