Values
The Resonate community only asks that you align with 3 simple values: Non-violence, Non-stealing and non-judgement.
Health & Safety
All Resonate teachers and instructors are qualified professionals, however this said you are responsible for your own body. It is advised to let the instructor know at the start of the class of any current injuries or ailments and to be aware of any movements or activities that could exasperate them. At no point are you forced to participate, this is a place of freedom. If you ever feel uncomfortable or in pain, you are free to do an alternative practice, sit out or leave—no questions asked. If this was due to an instructor or another attendee’s behaviour, please contact me (Jono) directly in person or via the contact page. It is important that Resonate stays a safe space for all.
Cancellation & Refunds
A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations to receive a refund with the exception of personal or family emergencies. Please be honest with your definition of emergency. Any abusing of this trust will result in refusal of future cancellation requests.
Environment
Without getting too deep into quantum physics we all resonate with our amazing planet on a profound level. It is important that we take care of it and all that inhabits it. Therefore it is asked that you treat any workshop or class space with respect by disposing of rubbish correctly—recycling where possible.
Covid/Sickness
Resonate is an inclusive space for all. All is asked that you stay connected with yourself and take cues from your body when you need to rest up.
These guidelines have purely been put in place to protect the Resonate community. I appreciate your understanding.
