To ensure you get the most from your online Yoga class ...

- Please log at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can set up your mat, put your mobile on silent and begin the relax before the class starts.
- Remember to have your mat or towel to lay on and any other blankets or pillows to help you feel comfortable during your yoga session
- During the online class I may not be able to see the whole of you so please be your own inner teacher
-Tell your family that you are busy for the next hour and not to disturb you or get them to join you!
- Pets are a great to have around!
