DESCRIPTION: Release & Restore is a monthly in-person class that starts with a number of profoundly releasing Yin yoga poses, followed by a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation, lying down). Deeply relaxing, the class is designed to release tension in the body, enhance flexibility and calm the mind. Good for those who prefer a slower pace or those who like to balance their stronger, dynamic practice with a Yin-like practice. All levels are welcome.
