DESCRIPTION: Charging Practice - is a living expression of this devotion in motion, an asana-centered practice shaped by Sri Dharma Mittra’s more than fifty years of unwavering study, discipline, and love for yoga. Ever refining the tradition he inherited, Sri Dharma continues to infuse classical yoga with clarity, potency, and relevance for the modern world. This session weaves together vigorous and sustained postures, dynamic sequences, the resonant mantra of Om, conscious charging breathwork, and the deep, nourishing stillness of Yoga Nidra. In the true surrender of Yoga Nidra, profound healing unfolds, touching both the physical body and the subtle realms within.  
This class offers a full immersion, a complete and balanced practice. Participants will experience asana, pranayama, mantra, guided meditation in savasana, moments of teaching, and deep rest. Open to all levels, this is an invitation to move, breathe, serve, and ultimately return home to oneself.
