DESCRIPTION: In this class, we move fluidly through varied sequences of yoga postures and harmonise our movement with the breath. Our practice combines gentle flow in which we feel our bodies and our breath more deeply, with more dynamic sequences to tone and cleanse our physical body. We conclude our practice with a 15-minute meditation (or relaxation, if you prefer) to fully integrate the benefits of our yoga asanas, and return to the outside world with a profound sense of peace and increased present-moment awareness. The class is suitable for everyone capable of moderate physical activity. Those who are new to yoga are welcome! The yoga I teach is designed to be accessible to all - no need to be a certain size, no need to be flexible, no need to be sporty! And the only ‘rule’ is to listen to your body and to do what feels good for you.
