In this workshop we will dive into the principles of the Ashtanga Yoga Method as a practice we can
embrace according to our daily life and routines:
What is about the structure of the Method, starting with the sense of gratitude through the Opening
Mantra, Meditation in movement, linking breathe, focus, and body, and the different ways we can
access to this practice since a place of healing and wellness and health benefits.
