DESCRIPTION: Fun way to introduce yoga to children aged 3-7. We encourage older children to come to the regularly scheduled classes. We use yoga games, music and dancing to build communication, social and emotional learning. Parents are invited to participate in all games. Children’s class is free with adult membership.
