DESCRIPTION: Join Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness for this dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga class. In this class you can expect quicker transitions in between poses and a quietly vigorous flow that builds stamina with a focus on breath, intention and rooting into the body. This class incorporates a balanced flow filled with opportunities to lengthen and strengthen various muscle groups, raise your heart rate, and meet yourself at your edge in the moment. Come connect with your breath, find your center,  and tune into your body and your intuition. Lots of modifications are always given in this class and you are invited to come as you are, take what you need and rest when you need to.  I will always remind you to do what is best for you and to listen to your body because you are your own guru. Come shift your energy and release what no longer serves you. Remember, what you do to bring peace to your inner being helps to bring peace to the world. You matter!

What to bring:
Water
Yoga mat
Yoga blanket
Yoga blocks
Strap or thin long scarf 
An open mind and open heart. All supplies are available to borrow at the studio. 

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to allow time for the previous class to leave and for me to set up.

Cost: Class is $15 or a 6 class card can be purchased for $80 or a 10 class card is $120. Cash, check, or Venmo are preferred. Credit card processing online is an option for your convenience. 

Registration is required as space is limited to 8. Book your class and secure your spot at https://www.momoyoga.com/roots-to-fly-wellness. If you find you are unable to attend please be sure to cancel your registration in your momoyoga profile at least 2 hours before class is set to begin or you will be charged for the class (Please message me if an emergency arises).
